Elie Tahari, a global luxury fashion company, is using an IBM technology system to examine customer preferences and habits to better address customer needs, boost sales and improve brand loyalty. The new “business intelligence” system allows Elie Tahari’s sales force and executives access to detailed information about what customers are buying around the world, which in turn allows the company to predict future needs from past data.
