This release, issued by Pinkberry, the premium frozen yogurt company, is to announce its exclusive “pink carpet” VIP event on Janurary 22, 2009 in honor of opening its first Northern California location at Santana Row, in San Jose. The event will include free Pinkberry, celebrity appearances, including The Used, After Midnight Project, Buckcherry, Joe Manganiello of One Tree Hill, NOFX, Rancid, and celebrity guest DJ Benji Madden of the band Good Charlotte, and pink carpet photographers will be on hand.
Todd Putman, vice president of marketing, mentions that this event is meant to show Pinkberry’s appreciation to its most loyal fans and to officially mark this milestone in the company’s existence. This San Jose location is the first of many new locations planned for 2009.
